Former Boston College legend and New England Patriots quarterback Doug Flutie is living his best life. He was spotted driving in his Batmobile during this weekends festivities in Tampa this weekend. Doug’s car is a replica of the classic Batmobile from the 1960s TV show.
The original car was a modified 1955 Ford Lincoln Futura, and would soon become one of the most famous cars in the world aft the legendary TV series starring Adam West came out. The car features a special red Batphone next to the driver’s seat along with special racing seatbelts in the driver and passenger seats!
Flutie puchased the car in 2019 and doesn’t mind showing it off. He has been known to stop and take photos with fans in his free time.
Flutie was in town to take part in some of the festivities including a flag football game and a wrestling match at the beach where he briefly held the WWE 24/7 title belt chammpion.
